Our 8 Step Design Process
All Intrigue Solutions projects start with planning & brainstorming teamed with research. Our 8-step design process allows us to build you a web site catered to your needs that outlines each phase of your site from planning up to the live launch.
1. Planning
Our first step is to make a list of what requests and features you would like on the site. During this time we will be discussing the goals of the site and visual functionality of the project. Also, a sitemap will be developed to show the appropriate navigation structure to outline the project.
2. Conceptualization
After the basic planning of the site is established; our team of designers gather any media content such as photos, logos and graphics to create a prototype of design. These will show several different approaches to the layout and navigation of the site. At the end of this phase the client is presented with several layouts from which they can choose to expand upon to create the site of their choice.
3. Asset Production
Once a layout has been decided upon for your concept of the site we can start creating a working model. The layout will start to show proper interactivity with the navigation as well as interactive features will be functional. The working layout will then be put on a web server for review, once approval for the Backend Development phase has been finalized.
4. Site Formatting
Any information other than the dynamically driven data pages will be added during this time. This includes contact forms, images and any other static content.
5. Backend Development
During this phase we will be implementing any backend features you require. All of the backend programming and administrative functionality features you requested will be fused with your approved layout.
6. Beta Testing
Before your site goes live it needs to be appropriately tested and approved with our team. We will test all aspects of your site to ensure that functionality is met.
7. Launching Live
After the working model is revised and approved, we launch the final site which will be live on the internet.
8. e-Marketing
Once the final site is approved and launched we can then prepare any e-Marketing that needs to be done. This deals with registration on all major search engines and placement upon them.
